The short version
ParcelPath.ca is a free reference site. There are no accounts, no sign-in, nothing for sale, and no mailing list. We do not ask you for personal information and we do not sell or share anything about you.
Tracking numbers you enter
Tracking numbers you look up are sent to the carrier's own tracking page to fetch the status. Your recent lookups and any nicknames you add are saved only in your own browser's local storage on your device — we never receive or store them. Clearing your history on the tracker, or clearing your browser data, removes them permanently. The CSV export is generated in your browser and never uploaded.
Calculators and tools
Every calculator on this site (duty and tax, transit times, dimensional weight, packaging, rate matrix, commercial invoice) runs in your browser. The values you type are not transmitted to us or to anyone else.
If you email us at info@parcelpath.ca we use your address only to reply, and we keep the message no longer than needed to answer it.
Hosting logs
Our hosting provider keeps standard, short-lived server logs (IP address, page requested, browser type) for security and reliability. We do not use them to build profiles of visitors.
Advertising
This site currently shows no advertising and loads no advertising or analytics scripts. If we add advertising in future, this section will describe exactly what it collects before any ad is shown.
Children
This site is a general shipping reference and is not directed at children under 13.
Independence
ParcelPath.ca is independent and not affiliated with Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, FedEx, DHL or any other carrier. Carrier names and marks belong to their owners. Information here is for reference — always confirm details with the carrier.
